Career

In 1986 graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering of N.P. Ogarev Mordovian State University specialising in "Industrial electronics", in 1990 finished the graduate school of the V. I. Ulyanov (Lenin) Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (St. Petersburg), and a year later defended his Kandidat Nauk degree (PhD) thesis (1991). In 2009 passed a further training within the MBA programme on Strategic Management at the IBS (Institute of Business Studies) of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Worked as Director of the Internet Center of Mordovian State University from 1997 to 2002.

He is currently employed as General Director of the limited liability company "Internet house" and as President of the Foundation "Mordovia-Internet".

From 1991 he has been working in the capacity of a lecturer at the Chair of industrial electronics and a research assistant professor at the Chair of automatised systems of processing and control of information.



Research interests, publications
Networking technologies, distributed parameter systems, administration of systems with distributed parameters. Publications: about 55 scientific and educational works.


Honours
The Cetificate of Merit from the Head of the Republic of Mordovia.
