The University chalks up two more projects in Erasmus+ Jean Monnet programme

According to the results of the competition announced by the European Union Erasmus+ programme: Jean Monnet Activities 2019, the University managed to carve out its presence in 2 EU projects. A total of 15 Russian projects were approved for funding out of 285 projects submitted. 

In the category «Teaching and research activities: Modules, Chairs and Centres of Excellence» the Faculty of Economics won a grant entitled «Sustainable Development Strategy in the European Union and Russia: on the way to the common future», project coordinator – Salimova Tatiana Anatolievna, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Head of Chair of quality management.

In the category «Support to Associations» Brussel reviewers supported the project submitted by Сertification Association «Russian Register» (the largest and most internationally recognized Russian certification and expert organization). The project title: «QA in Russian HE: integration with European approaches – integration into the European space» where the University would act as a co-executor together with Ulyanov Chuvash State University.

Jean Monnet programme seeks to increase knowledge of European integration processes through teaching, research and debate on topics related to EU’s history, politics, economy and legislation, as well as EU links with other regions of the world.
