International competition of student research projects titled «Germans in the economic life of Russia in the XVIII - early XXI century»: the University student wins a prize

The final stage of the international competition of student research projects «Germans in the economic life of Russia in the XVIII – early XXI century» took place in Moscow under the aegis of Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) and the Institute of Ethno-cultural education (BiZ). The event was held in the format of a round table, where finalists from Russia and neighboring countries presented their projects. The organizers were the Russian-German education and research center under RSUH and the Institute of Ethno-cultural education.

Vladislav Fedorov, a third - year student of the bachelor degree programme «Political Science» taught at the History and Sociology Institute of Ogarev Mordovia State University, took part in an in presentio stage of the international competition. He qualified after presenting his project online in March 2020 and was among the top 8 contestants admitted to the final.

The award ceremony was held at the Russian-German house. Vladislav Fedorov, author of the research work «Development of optical and mechanical manufacturing in Moscow in the mid-XIX – early XX centuries: Th.B. Schwabe», won the 3rd place. Congratulations!
