The Editorial Board of scientific journals Integration of Education, Engineering Technologies and Systems and Russian Journal of Regional Studies was established for the purpose of acquainting the Russian and foreign scientific community, graduate students and postgraduates with new scientific results of importance in the field of fundamental and applied science.

Its main task is to edit peer-reviewed open access scientific journals Integration of Education (Scopus, Q2 CiteScore), Engineering Technologies and Systems (WOS ESCI) and Russian Journal of Regional Studies (WOS ESCI), which are independent media.

 To solve this problem, the following activities are carried out:

- Full cycle of editorial and publishing process;

- Collection, analysis, and publication of unbiased information on various scientific fields;

- Generalization and dissemination of experience of educational and scientific institutions of the Russian Federation, neighboring and far abroad countries;

- Assistance in improving the integrated world educational space;

- Analysis of genesis and current state of advanced trends in scientific processes in Russia and the world and attracting leading scientists to publish in journals;

- Increasing the quality of scientific peer-reviewing system by attracting internationally renowned experts;

- Publication of scientific materials of theoretical and practical importance, prepared at high scientific level;

- Strict compliance with the ethical principles and norms of scientific periodicals;

- Prevention of incoming materials on the use of inappropriate borrowings;

- Ensuring a wide exchange of scientific information on the directions indicated in the journals between universities, libraries and other organizations;

- Publishing scientific journals in Russian and English languages;

- Improving the polygraphic and digital quality of publications,

- Creation and support of own bilingual Internet-sites of journals;

- Providing open access to full text journal archives and integration into open repository aggregators;

- Increasing the publication activity of national authors, the rating of scientific organizations of Russia and the level of national publications in the world scientific community according to their citation data;

- Participation of publications in specialized thematic exhibitions, conferences, seminars and other specialized events as an information partner;

- Strengthening of publicity and authority of publications, increasing the number of regular subscribers.
