In order to ensure the epidemiological safeness of the region, all learners must have a proof of vaccinations: Certificate of Preventive Vaccinations (form No. 156/u-93) or Inoculations received statement.
As risks of the spread of a novel coronavirus infection continues and in line with "Recommendations for the prevention of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in educational institutions of higher education (MR 3.1/2.1.0205-20 )" (amendments No. 2 dated of 11.02.2021) international students arriving from countries with which flights have already been resumed must have two PCR COVID-19 Tests – one taken no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in Russian Federation and another one within 72 hours after entering the Russian Federation.
Medical proofs confirming the negative result of obtained before and after entering the Russian Federation can be provided in Russian or English.
While waiting for your PCR COVID-19 Test results after arrival in the Russian Federation, please observe self-isolation order. Therefore, international students are allowed to attend classes only if they have two negative results of the PCR COVID-19 Tests.
To get accommodation at the dormitory, learners are required the following:
- a document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of PCR COVID-19 Test, taken no earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival in the Russian Federation;
- health insurance policy (voluntary health insurance).
Medical insurance is a mandatory requirement when applying for a Russian visa in most countries. In addition, all international citizens must have medical insurance for the entire period of their stay in Russia. If your medical insurance has expired during your studies at Ogarev Mordovia State University, you can purchase a new one from the insurance companies listed below, or contact another insurance company. The insurance period is one year.
