The Institute for the Training and Certification of Scientific and Academic-Pedagogical Personnel of the Higher School for the Development of Scientific and Educational Potential is an educational, scientific, analytical, and administrative structural unit of the University. It organizes the training of postgraduate students in the areas of training, profiles, and/or scientific specialties that have been licensed in the established manner, as well as doctoral students and individuals assigned to work on their dissertations; studies the requirements and rules for compliance with academic ethics in postgraduate research; and implements the idea of ​​scientific mentoring.
