More than 3,000 students from 76 medicine-specialising universities from 12 countries took part in the Olympics. Students of our University entered the event online.
Students competed in knowledge of fundamental and clinical disciplines. The Olympics was held in three languages: Uzbek, Russian and English in 34 medical and clinical disciplines. The Olympics had two stages: testing and questioning. Individual achievements were also taken into account.
The University delegated 16 learners, three of them were English speaking foreign students. In the team competition, our students took the 3rd place for the «Team's Greeting video».
Individually our students showed a far better results presenting five winners in various nominations: Natalia Bloshkina and Ivan Mamontov outperformed in internal diseases, Anastasia Bezborodova — in pathological physiology, Sofia Dvoretskova — in propaedeutics of internal diseases, and Bashir Marzug — in surgery.
