Quotas of the Government of the Russian Federation for the 2023/2024 academic year

Deadline for submission of applications is February 20, 2023.
The quota of the Government of the Russian Federation foresees the free-of-charge education of foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad, granting an opportunity to study in programmes of secondary vocational education, higher education and supplementary vocational education in Russian academic institutions.
Candidates wishing to receive a state subsidy within the quotas for education should register and apply through the Education-in-Russia portal https://education-in-russia.com (fill in the application form, attach your recent photo, scanned copies of your passport, education credential (or a summary of your academic records and send the above documentation electronically «for review»).
