Multi-purpose Migration Centre (MМC) as affiliated branch of the Federal Unitary Enterprise «Passports&Visas Service» under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA welcomes applications from international students.

From January 1, by virtue of article 6.2 of the Federal Law No. 115-FZ, international applicants are able to efficiently and with minimal damage to attendance of classes prepare documents for submitting them to the offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to apply for a temporary residence permit.

All necessary services are rendered on the basis of a «One contact» approach that is all-in-one service and without leaving the building.
