«SUMMER INSTITUTE»:A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO EXCHANGE EXPERIENCES On August 9, National Research Mordovia State University became an internship site for the Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University. N. A. Dobrolyubova within the framework of the project «Summer Institute for Teachers and Researchers». The program was dedicated to scientific and cultural inter-civilization diplomacy in the aspect of global leadership.

Young researchers and teachers under 35 years old from 11 countries near and far abroad: China, Uzbekistan, India, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic, Turkmenistan, Armenia arrived at the internship site to strengthen cooperation between Russian and foreign universities -partners and integration of researchers and teachers into the scientific and educational environment.

At a meeting in the «Open Dialogue» format with the rector, vice-rectors, deans of faculties and directors of institutes, participants became acquainted with various aspects of education and science at Mordovia State University.

«With our colleagues, scientists, teachers of our university, you will be able to more fully understand and discover for yourself what our university is. We are important for our republic and for the economy of the Russian Federation as a whole. We have students from more than 50 countries of the world, from almost all regions of the Russian Federation. We are a national research university, which means that the basis for the development of the university is scientific research, which, among other things, is conducted in cooperation with colleagues from universities in other countries and states,» said the rector of Mordovia State University Dmitry Glushko.

During their acquaintance with the university, teachers and representatives of the scientific community from other countries went up to the observation deck of the university and saw Saransk, worked at the M. M. Bakhtin Center at the seminar «Bakhtin's route» of modern humanities," and visited the museum of N. P. Ogarev, an exhibition on decorative and applied arts, and master classes were held at the Center of Indian Culture from foreign students.
