RECTOR’S ADDRESS TO STUDENTS AND FACULTY ON KNOWLEDGE DAY

Dear friends,
I warmly extend my congratulations to you on the start of the new academic year, September 1st. This date is a true symbol of new discoveries and new hopes.
First and foremost, today I congratulate our first-year students — those young people who have become members of the large Ogarev family, members of the great team of Ogarev Mordovia State University. I am certain that you will realize all your plans, and that your dreams will come true.
You will find many new friends, and you will find love. But September 1st is not only an eventful day and the beginning of a new, busy year for first-year students, but also for the professors of our university, for all those who support the life of our university around the clock, and for all the students of senior courses, those engaged in science. Your energy and thirst for knowledge make our university the best. They make it the very best in our country.
I wish you good luck, inspiration, and a successful start to the new academic year!
