MRSU AT THE EXHIBITION «EDUCATION IN RUSSIA-2023» IN BISHKEK National Research Mordovian State University took part in the XII exhibition of Russian educational institutions «Education in Russia-2023».Every year, thousands of young residents of the Kyrgyz Republic go to Russia to receive higher education, since the continuous process of combining quality and affordable education with comfortable learning conditions has always aroused great interest among them.

As part of expanding cooperation between educational institutions of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, the XII exhibition of Russian educational organizations «Education in Russia — 2023» was held on April 3−5.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Kyrgyz Republic, relevant state structures of the Republic and and public fund «Moscow classics». The opening of the exhibition was held at the Republican Library for Children and Youth in Bishkek. In addition, expositions were organized in the cities of Chui region — Kara-Balta, Kant and Tokmak.

33 Russian higher educational establishments from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk took part in the exposition. Our university was represented by Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Institute of Mechanics and Energy, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Andrey Fomin, and Deputy Director for Research of the Institute of Electronics and Lighting Engineering, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Alexei Gorbunov. The exhibition was visited by more than 1,000 pupils of the 10th and 11th classes.

The exhibition was dynamic, there was a genuine interest of schoolchildren in all the educational programs presented by our university, and quite lively, friendly and constructive communication developed. Based on the results of the exhibition, we can say with confidence that the students of the Kyrgyz Republic know what areas of training Mordovian State University is ready to accept them for, what entrance tests they will have to pass, what documents are required for admission, and much more.
